Creating 2nd pw

I've problem with creating the 2nd pw through the site. When I click to got the code via mail, then the site kicked me off with Fatal error: Call to undefined function echoEmail() in D:\web\get2ndpwd\Get2ndPwd_Re.php on line 126. It happend on 2 different browsers and pc.

Hello, default 2nd password for all new created characters is 123456
