Sorry for the lose, but they clearly said even before that they dont support real money trades or anything off from the game, aswell the ec are donation so they have nothing with it.

did webzen give you back your money when they stopped archlord service? i don't think so... this is an unofficial private server. it's stupid to think u will get money back.

I also am saddened at the loss of the server files.
But the most poignant loss, the first to come to mind is the loss of an era.
The friends, the struggles, The nightly Boss runs in RvR for years, the castles and guilds.
The refining of characters and friendships.
Then the loss of the fun toys and shiny things.
The money spent didn't bother me at all, it was money well spent.
Hours and years of entertainment.
I could have spent it anywhere, movies, dinners, drive-ins, concerts, bowling.
But me and the wife chose Justac after Cm, then Webzen closed and we have no regrets, just a sense of something cherished lost forever.
Miss you all.

how do you return the value of the things and characters we had in the game?
Mine were over 3000 euros, and I think other players have the same question

There should be some form of compensation for players who have spent years building there chars. The offer to replace 6 months of ec bought is better than nothing and may be enough for some but not enough for others. I bought lots of ec years ago but stoped playing for 5 years and came back just a few months before the fire. I had a ton of ec staked from previous years.... so for me it's almost a complete loss... I did buy 20 worth in the last few months but that's nothing compared to what I lost. I think for better compensation and for justac to be truly compationet towards people who invested money and time, he should offer a toon of our choosing at max lvl, with a choice of a set of op rings and neck to keep from the npc. And somthing that makes no sence to me is why was there no back up server outside of the server building. And if that backup server burnt then how are you getting the information to compensate 6 months of ec to players? Seems odd to me..

Because the payment of EC is tracked trough their payment provider + the player has to send purchase information (email) to Justac.

it's obvious
if paid by PP or this second platform they have whole infos it's not connected with OVH servers which burned

they can refund what they can and that's it, deal with it or go play other game.

Feel sorry for your lost, and feel funny form your reaction...I know it must be hard to believe they fk the server up, but isn't this was already know when we first day of playing a private server? You know maybe these guys maybe just close the server and run with your money( which, they are not at this point). Learn to remember, but not the complaint, remember the good times. 5k is nothing compare to your entire life circle, so why not spend 10k this time and stand on top of the players again this time. Btw, were you the top 10? If yes, spend 10k, if not, try to spend 1k this time.     I spent maybe 1k, and Earth was top 1 or at least 2, Ocean was 1 or 2, since I may not pvp with x7000, but I do kill all zerks pvped, (I didn't kill tanker? I think, I don't remember, we both stop I think, so either he was 1st, or me.. well...) And I sold all for 600 and left the game...

so man, don't be up sad, just a game, play for fun, not pay for unhappiness.
