Missing Ecoins for the Chantra Shop

A day and a half ago I donate a few dollars in order to get a few things from the chantra shop. The transaction cleared and I waited a while but the coins have yet to show up, and my account control panel still says I have 0 coins. I may have closed the window of the transaction too quickly and missed a step to credit them to my account or something, but the money is still gone and I would rather like to get the coins.

send a ticket via Helpdesk on forum,

add to the ticket the number of the transaction and your account name,

as soon as a GM is online, your cc will be credited,
