Maybe you should consider learning to play your char properly
On a more serious node:
- Halt is 65% success
- Narcolepsy is 95% success.
Now take the whole picture:
Aside of that, what do sorc have to "defend" himself? No skill gives important defensive stats (except mana pull, and it kills the compound potion).
Knight is 80% based on tank buffs. You should know that well, as you love to hug hestia & reapers for years whenever you fight someone?
If you want the sorcerer narco & halt to be nerfed you need to consider giving the sorcerer more tanky buffs. The class is already extremely weak in itself (yes, the damage is fine, yes, the pve aspect is fine, yes it has some control, but overall it is just too weak even on tank uniqs you cannot "tank", regardless of how geared you are.
About the knight: Godlike & Energy Barrier give you a few seconds of immunity, the skills in theirself are balanced, and as you play mostly with high cooldown & tend to spamm them you know they are balanced.
Maybe if you stop hugging those tank uniqs & go for damage uniqs while on godlike/EB you would prolly be more effective, especialy against sorcs? Maybe you should stop hugging tank uniqs & 1h sword + shield.

This is the way you have to play a knight.
You just hug tank uniqs, thinking surviving is the key to the way someone should play. Consider changing your playstyle, or your class.
