error : this application can not run under a virtual machine

When launching JUSTArchlord.exe on Windows 10 20H2 it gives the error "Sorry, this application cannot run under a virtual machine".

Any suggestions how to fix this?

Did you install c++ runtimes?
Also deinstall virtual tools from PC is you use any.

Yes I have installed the c++ runtimes and removed Docker, Virtualbox, disabled HyperV and Windows Sandbox, the error is still the same.

[EDIT]
It turns out I had to disable virtualization in the bios completely also.
