Superior Lucky tickets

hey what do you guys think about ''Superior Lucky Tickets ''

each time 1 is used it is 100% to give you +1 weapons with random stats on it but it also guarantees to give total of  5 greens

from what it would be created would need to ask gm/admin what items are there ingame that needs to be destroyed i guess or make your suggestions :p

not sure how this would   apply to an armour spins , maby all 5 greens applies with a treshold on let say 10% is lowest can be spinned? if lands on body gives +2

the refinery should be expensive or dropped from something special inside the game

Im not pretty sure about this one, its a good idea but which item should be used??? And the gold for refinery shouldn't be as high as GTs and 100% Manuals, but still a nice amount

Of course you would need to have LTs, maybe 10 of them? But for the other items i have no idea
