Client Failed error

Hi all, I've been re-entering the game for many years, but I have a small hitch, it won't let me log in, as soon as I re-enter my username and password and launch start, the error failed appears, I followed the forum a bit, re-downloading all the files from the download, the problem not solved, used the compatibility up to even the lowest same problem.. verified firewall problems adding to the firewall for win10 version same problem... any useful advice?

1# delete other archlord related other game files to avoid conflicts

2# install microsoft VC++ run collection_2022.06.21

3# run AlefClient.exe and JUSTArchlord.exe as admin

4# Some antivirus software may consider the operation of the game to be risky and require adding a whitelist. My choice is to uninstall all the antivirus software

did all c++ disabling antivirus adding to firewall all according to the list.. following the post which was already added about client error problem. entering the administrator compatibility, both for win7 and for xp-3. keeps giving me error.

I detailed info about ur crash:
is it a pop-up? at what stage u get the error? what is written there? (screenshot would help also)
(directly after  client start) or later?

run as admin and not compatibility

go inside your justac game folder , right  click on your JUSTArchlord and AlefClient files and go to properties, tick on the run as admin , apply , ok. run game thro JUSTArchlord file
