Some suggestions

2. 4 x skill bars(Ohoo)

3. more kind of Suits into festival discount Event(make character more cool or fun or something) (Lure)

@1 i don't mind that at all :3 saves me some coin and would be more convenient of trading items  like 2x ring + neck at the same time  in 1 trade using 1 sc/ or nectars / ect
@2 i don't see how that would be a bad thing
@3. personally event suit i call them '' rat heads '' looks rly bad with all the mount/wing/cloak coloring and fashion inside the game i agree that we need  better looking suits on a discount when event occurs,

1 - trade of 3 bound items at the same time:
maybe with additional Scroll Slots? idk if this is possible.

2 - Skill Bar 4 rows:
i personaly do not like the old Webzen Skillbar. the actual one have 8 usable rows instead of 4.
i prefer the actual one.
With all these debuffs, food, etc + old webzen bar u would not see anything.

tbh, i like this idea 

Just implement things for your community I'm sick of the shit of droop events and xp create things for your players since they are few and your community is the lowest. A shit the suit ala shit the bars x4 ala shit trade more than one thing for trade. Implement more shit for your server that motivates your community

i agree, that we need something new.
without copiing other services, but maybe
Realms meet CF meets infernum
like:
pull down the char lvl if u enter ice / light / poison.
make random spawn inside
restrict gear on these areas. (no elite), maybe normal uniques, normal or true gear, HH Gear.

add something to drop/grind or gain specific items or title,  town-passports instead of ice light poison pass.
chance to drop LuckyTickets or kind of those stuff from random spawn (special) boss or mob.

its just a ground idea
and maybe it would need to be adjusted at some points.

Rework of bg buff
new contents
New way to sell our elite cause right now most of them stays in AH and nobody buys them
Make pets reinf stackable since we drop them  a lot
Rework the crafting of uniques cause to get excellent somtimes its almost impossible
Fix the bugs that are there like attackspeed or death bug on elem
maybe a rework of some classes that are less played or not played at all
