I can not hear the sound related to skill and buff effect.

Since the recently update, I am not able to heard sounds regarding skill &buff effect.
Except for skill&buff effect sounds, the other sound is fine.
Is this kind of bugs whitch is related to lately updated?
Please, let me know how to fix it.
