Title: I can not hear the sound related to skill and buff effect.

Since the recently update, I am not able to heard sounds regarding skill &buff effect.
Except for skill&buff effect sounds, the other sound is fine.
Is this kind of bugs whitch is related to lately updated?
Please, let me know how to fix it.

Same here, cant fix it, wait untill the next patch.
