I post it here to start the discussion.
i will note my ideas later.

The November edition will be the last in this form (prizes will be for 3 places 15b, 10b, 5b).
Next month we will change the item counted towards the points.
Therefore, we ask for suggestions regarding the following issues.
1. Should the guild trophy item disappear within 24 hours of being obtained?
2. Should the level of the prize be reduced or replaced with another? (remember that the item prize should not be competitive with those created by players)
Also if only 1 guild rewarded (better reward) or 3 top guilds rewarded (less rewards).
3. Should the number of places to obtain trophy be limited to increase the number of fights for them?
Suggestions:
- only some monsters from Shinewood (Gods + Tesseris + General Teslon)
- only Kaligo
- only monsters from Infernum
- your own suggestions

My opinion

24h is too less. 3 days is more realistic
2. Should the level of the prize be reduced or replaced with another? (remember that the item prize should not be competitive with those created by players)
Also if only 1 guild rewarded (better reward) or 3 top guilds rewarded (less rewards).
instead of gold it could be a special buff for Guild Member. (if member leave guild, he loose the buff)
1st = Drop / Gold / XP
2nd = Gold / XP
3rd = XP
OR
could also be:
1st = Drop / Gold / HPMP
2nd = Drop / DMG
3rd = EleDMG

it should stay like this, so also smaller unions have a chance for them aswell

Random moobs in shinewood with very low chance 1 like god and goddes

First things first, change Kaligo to 24/7, there is no need to close it during tesseris as now if people farm shinewood, they will do tesseris
Also, if we add it on another type of mob, like Gods, the drop on tesslon should be reduced to 1 per boss
So it would be like this :
1 Tesslon
1 Tesseris
1 Lydia
1 Kaligo
1 BG Boss
About the rewards, the top 3 growth guilds can be a thing yeah, but maybe could be limited to one guild per union, to avoid biggest union monopolizing it and allow smaller union to try their chance ?
For the reward items or gold, we could test firstly with the actual gold reward and see how it goes, so we can gather more people's idea for other type of rewards
Also please, no 24 hours delay for Guild Trophys as some players might not be able to be online at the same time as the guild master to trade him the trophys they got, 3 days maximum could be a first test

we are not forcing anyone to play, from our side, remember last AL battle eijun/Amoswar had to suck KTV again for hes Benefits , So 30 against 12 players , and again took you 40 minutes to complete 1 stamp ! Isnt our mistake if your (LEADER) scking KTV EVERYTIME cant win a fight , wondering how you still staying same union with that clown Gamboa!

To hard to maintain a leader that can be activ everyday,
so either make it that every member can put trophys or give a higher delay.
2. Should the level of the prize be reduced or replaced with another? (remember that the item prize should not be competitive with those created by players)
Also if only 1 guild rewarded (better reward) or 3 top guilds rewarded (less rewards).
I dont see any reward aside from Gold that could be worth, since if its items, its very hard to split into everyone who helped.
The idea of a buff/icon could be nice. But with the limited players inside of a guild, it would bring more management to the leaders. But i can still see it beiing interesting.

Make Kaligo 24/7.
Trophys should come from Bosses only, it would cause to much inbalance if it come from regular mobs (check previous Soccer event).
They could be something given during Events. Like GameBoard event that was made before, which was very interesting.
Quests could also be added to get trophys.

The Guild trophys have always been mostly 1 sided, it comes to only who ever is more activ, so i would like it to be more challenging
or handed on more specific terms then just, be online, kill boss, get drop, repeat...

How is that supposed to work with Sieges, since you leave the guild to possibly join a guild where Sign on a Castel

How is that supposed to work with Sieges, since you leave the guild to possibly join a guild where Sign on a Castel
Then use that guild on the castle, its just an idea, it can be improved, or maybe apply that buff to union, but if you leave guild or get kicked, then you lose the buff and have a cooldown before you get it back (like being in union for more than 48h)

having a strong permanent buff for a few select people only doesn't sound very balanced for the rest of the server

might be. just thought to give 2 others aditional dmg could compensate the HP/MP from 1st place.
in the end, its just a suggestion.

2. In my opinion, the prize should be really nice. Maybe an item that gives something to one player, then the players would be motivated to fight for it and the guild would have to fight for every player to receive it
e.g. pet lvl 10 or an item that draws you a different yellow in a given item or adds it if possible or other item something new one
3. No, only bosses should drop guild trophies.

The teslon should also drop too 1 like every boss
and bosses in BS should also drop 1 guild trophy
but they shouldn't give exp

All rewards that give additional DMG are unfortunately excluded. They will clash with the BestDMG event, where the chances of getting all bonuses should be equal.

For that area you could block such buffs, and make it that only the class buffs works

A gold reward that can be easily split between guild members is still the best fair solution. Buff rewards can affect character balance and occasional events, so the only solution would be gold/drop buffs. Item rewards, on the other hand, have often caused disagreements within guilds/unions in the past, and we've often heard about that in Helpdesk reports.
As places to get the Trophy, these will most likely be:
Kaligo - for weaker players (with the planned change to party buffs in Chaotic Frontier)
Tesseris/Tesslon - for guilds and stronger players
Lydia - challenge level allows both weaker and stronger players to get it
If they were to be introduced in the drop of regular monsters (Infernum, Shinewood), the chance of obtaining them would be much lower. We will leave this for discussion. We may change the rules every month or so to test different solutions.

how u say kaligo is for weaker people when chn is there 24/7 full buff camping on entrance ?

Kaligo - for weaker players (with the planned change to party buffs in Chaotic Frontier)
They will finaly get rid of the party buffs in CF, so yeah, weaker players should in theory be able to participate.
Reality might be another, as most of end game players have full "cf" gear (low lvl uniqs 6/6, low weapons 8/8 etc). Still a HUUUUUUUGE W after almost 2 years of asking for the party buffs to be removed.

Will still be hard to get the boss, but at least it wont be 100% the person who has party buff who will have it.
