Problems with /unlock

So i'm trying to toss some stuff up on AH, i've done /unlock myPass and it says "i dont have access to use that right now"  its been like this for hours, i've logged in out.. reset game, reinstalled... and it continues to do so :( any ideas?

AH has been temp disabled. We are fixing the problem related to it.
