One shot kill

Hello again guys, here with another noob question:

I've been trying to farm Shutas for the weekend that was all I did, I spent around 20 hours all together this weekend, and I got only 5 Shutas smh... One of the guys that was there farming with me, he was able to kill them one shot, with a Sion class character. he told me he was able to dropped aproximally 60 shutas in a single day...
I guess it was the way he was killing them all one shot., while I using a sorc was taking too long to pull them all mobs and get them killed after 1 minutes of AOE skills.

I'm creating a Sion today and I want to know...

What do I need in order for me to kill them one shot or at least 2 shots. He told me he uses 2 good +8 weapons with 18% crits on both weapons.. but is there something else he might be using or you guys think it should be enough with only those 8+ weapons?

Scion class can use 2 weapons,and if both weapons have at least 15% crit with 20+ dmg,and zerk / ranger or both buffs,you are able to do 9-10k crits.One mob dies from around 6k crit.

Hey how to equip 2 weapons at the same time? if I try puting the karon and xenon it won't let me for some reason
