Misleader - hunter buff

Hello ,

Never had any trouble while playing with crossbow , but since lvl 38 I switched
to bow and now my misleader buffs keeps mssing ..
I don't get the red notification that the skill missed or anything but it just doesn't work,
my hunter does the animation of the buff but it doesn't come through.

any ideas ?
