how do you return the value of the things and characters we had in the game?
Mine were over 3000 euros, and I think other players have the same question

Hi,

they do not return the value of your character and/or real money trades.
they will charge your bought EC from the last 6 month on your new character.

I have very big answer for your big question.
You account is worth 0€, zero, nothing, null.  Like all our accounts. It always were.
This value is only in your head.
There are 3 kind of players:
those who buy only ec to support server to keep it alive
those who pay nothing and buy all in game for farmed gold (they buy ec as well from other players - so they are server supporters partially)
and those who buy all for real money from other players (they don't support server but other players)

guess which group cry now most?

It's like your nephew drew a picture and you gave him a dollar for it. Picture has burned but for you had very big value. There is no possibility to draw exactly same picture. So where you go to demand your dollar back? To those who caused fire, to your nephew, to paper company which made flammable paper? Maybe you will ask them for new picture for free?

ofc , now all zeros in game talk
i pay for this game up to 5000 euros last 3 years and i want my money back
the mistake was theirs, no player's fault for their own mistake to lose everything in the game.
I think other players who had accounts with great value to ask for their money back

Not gonna happen i can tell you that much. so i guess either continue to spam forum or just give up bcz ur not gonna get it back.

5.000 euro on ecoins thats alot damm. or did you count also what you buy from other players bcz thats not really supported by Justac anyway.

yes and for uniques from other players , but for ec it's up to 3k euros believe me i play 50 accounts

Although I only spent € 200 on the game, if I look at the value of the things I got overall, the finite value was much higher. Hurt? Yes. But when I think about it, the price of about 3 Ps4 games which is max 1-2 weeks experience is really negligible. I had a great time for 8 years. I am grateful to the team for not giving up and bringing new opportunities and improvements even after Webzen ceased to exist. They would continue after this case, yet believe me it is a bigger slap in the face for them than for us players. Now you can push the Woc ot but it's like organic grass: there is but not the real one so I'd rather not buy it :) So calm down !, let go! Let's start again! We play like we used to! :)
