Do you mean that you crash after you select character to load? If you logged out somewhere outside a city, it mostly happens. It's a known issue, I think. You can solve it by using another character from the same account. All you need is to log in with that another character in a city/town. It must be in a town. After you can use that char which always crashes while loading.
