Tullan's appearance change after Halloween event.

Added function to change the second ring when both rings are worn.
Top ring - Ctrl button + double click.

2. The Eclipse zone has been split, you won't be able to use /go , Summoning Orbs, Revive Orbs in the inner part. Removed one of the exits in Underground Shelter. General Tesslon drop has been updated.
