SUPPORT IS WORKING? SCAMMED ACCOUNT

I writing this post because some time ago one of my account was scammed and I'm trying to get an answer or any help in this topic from admin already 3 months.
Let me explain you a bit that history:

I stopped playing at the end of March this year (2018) because I got wedding etc. - I haven't time to playing. After 3 months I logged back on my account and account was almost empty - it means no rings/neck, armour parts or weapons and gold... left some crap. I lost 2x reaper, hestia - all 3/3.
At time when i wasn't playing (that 3 months) I didn't logged to the game or tradeed any kind of stuff.

I just cannot understend why Admin won't answer and help me if it's that basic to slove problem...
It's the reason why I cannot play here on Justac - just wont lost again $ and time which is expensive for me.

PS: How we can play without any support? How we can feel safety?

Shared account or you used paragon tool which contains a trojan. Check those possibilities.

Not shared account and I was using only logitech's tool.
