Is there any chance to let us know what the maximum stats on elite/unique gear is?

It would be interesting for the ones from lucky tickets.

it would be nice to know more or less xd, and whether the lucky ticket has the same possibility, the same stats when adding distine to the elite
or only op items can only be obtained from a lucky ticket
