Scions used to have little to no party buffs in the past, and this has always worked this way (even on oficial server). I don't quite understand your will to push this as a "bug exploit" while it is not. Even Eijun & his team do it on their scion. Highly doubt both V's would use that if it was considered an exploit !

It's a viewbug you nonce. I can go infernum for 24h and record about 10 to 15 KTV players having the same.

→ No, Infernum map design is glitchy and has characters randomly disappearing, running through walls, or teleporting. The map itself has problems in the code. It's even worse for faster chars (for example as a swash, I see archers/hunters/mages/rangers teleporting almost all the time as I lose sight on them constantly)
