BG spin with new tools etc

proposal to restore the spin machine in BG, drawing for charisma
you can choose tools from lvl 1 to 7 as well as a shards and runes,
and some other things like pots pets

Charisma is to easy to get for it to be viable.

You can get 10k from 1 item BS and you can bot in BG and get 100k+ in a hour.

I dont think its a good idea, but the spin could be used to help new players instead

maybe I overdid it with these items, so maybe they should add the shardy rune and tool lvl 7 to the LT.
but I would really like BG spin to come back, it was nice to spin there just for fun

charisma is way 2 easy to get

P.S increase max charisma , remove 1m limit  :-*
