i cant seal Character ,should i do ,answer me pls
i have incantation letter of character
my character has changed  name

You need to ticket the GM, because the name has been changed you can't seal

as link shows ,

1# no guild 、nothing in AH 、

2# put letter behind which char u want to sell

3# go to “Gray dragon” NPC ， click seal char and click name

4# then the char into orbs

5# trade the orbs to acc  new

6# Gray dragon” NPC  again, unseal it , anyway , ur acc must have at least one char to put

if ur char have change name , u could ticket to gm and refresh it . then it works
