Wasted 30 Event Tokens

Hello! New player here.

Today I finally got 30 event tokens after playing for over a week (level 71) and I tried to enter the Battle Square. I was not aware that if I didn't do the first floor before level 30 I would be locked out of it forever...
I had already spent the tokens on getting the Novice Battle Square Challenger title... Is there any way an admin could take pity on me and refund the title along with the tokens? I figured it is worth a try to ask :)
