Mid to upper lvl daggers ain't dropping with ele dmg

Elemental Damage in dagger is possible. Give us details, because we see examples (Auction House).

In all Unique Daggers in AH there are only 2 ele daggers = 2 x lv 92 Bloodymoon Daggers.
Elite Daggers = 1  lvl 38 SeekStone Dagger & 1 Auroura Medal Dagger
The other 300+ are Crit or Dmg
If that is not an imbalance then I don't know what is . . .
