% success rate on tools

can you tell us what is the % success rate on tools ??
will be nice if we can know that

Every tool level has a higher chance of success compared to the previous level.

I have one more question: why we can't choose which statistics I want to change, it would be better,
items now 8/8 can change stats and upgrade them to max
now they are useless because you have to randomly draw new ones and randomize statistics in them
maybe make a super ancient shard u can refine from some mats, with that u can make a choose what stat u can change
with
or meaby we can use super manual with that xd ;p will be too nice

It would be way too op if you chose the exact stat you reroll. It has to be challenging to have perfect gear and a bit of a gambling (I demolished one of my secondary wands by rerolling the Cooldown into ignore defense ..).

Imagine if it was just about farming, people would just hover the place for no reason. Making it challenging will give the server more sustainability as the end game content cannot be finished as easily.

@GM can we get an info how much % the success rate of each tool is? It's not like we can find that out or discover by ourselves.
