i have no expirience on QQ chat, but i found Bandycam, which can cause this phenomen by a setting i think, doubt there is a similar issue on nvidia, but who knows.
Both videos next to eachother showing exactly the same video,
Just mouse grafics are desynced,
but mouse clicks, angles, turnarounds and backround sound are the same.
