I do not understand your attetude, but ok.
You Donated the service and recieved as a thanks some EC.
Thats how it worked.
Every online service can close from 1 day to another, no matter the reason and there is no responsbility towards the customers.
You just need to realise, if u write in big letters and with anger, it wont change the situation.

You think, you are the only one, who have lost something?
If you go elsewhere to drink a beer and at the next day u need to pee, you cannot ask for refund either, isnt it?

i would suggest to calm down, it isnt healthy that way.

Many player have lost pixels and its sad for all of us.
We have to deal with it.

they do not return the value of your character and/or real money trades.
they will charge your bought EC from the last 6 month on your new character.
