Considering how much we all lost on this server in the past years due to Paragon trade hacks, dupped gold and items which affected fair farmers and ec sellers when everything got removed, TWICE, ending with the fire which made us lose everything, it makes no freaking sense to force players to farm for weeks to obtain a set of excellent uniques, is not our fault that server burned, why freaking struggle so much to rebuild our characters ?
Building up a character should be easy and fun, not a struggle, this is a god dam game not a full time job, and GM seems to not understand it.
The casual players/small guilds are treated like fools here, not everyone is unemployed like chinese players are, not everyone is able to farm 16 hours per day like they do, most of the european players have a job, school, family responsabilities and limited time to play.
How on earth is this fair ? how is ballanced ? maybe not everyone wants to buy already made accessories and armors via paypal.
Events that benefits the stronger side only; dumb changed refinery ( old one from justac was giving you guaranted 3 slots upon excell attemp, here not; guaranteed 3 slots normal uniq, here not, so you waste 1 mil to get same 0/1 uniq back, great logic ).
4.5 mil per HH skill rank + 3000 charisma another dumb change
Previously we needed around 40 - 50k charisma maximum, now is 150 k, why ? i don't want to make a new char and waste more money for what? because you don't inform players properly ? no
Where is the "greately increased gold " from HH mobs ? IS NOT
Why lvl 120 chars were not informed properly about this change so we wouldnt rush to make high lvl ? thats how you treath loyal and active players?
Right right, we have Proof of Vengeance and Carvin or Courage from Battle Square, which is controlled again by unemployed chinese and their friends which are camping there nonstop.
GM, why is it so hard to be transparent and social with the players? to collect best sugestions from the majority and make a fair ballanced enviorement for everyone so we can properly enjoy the game ?
Make  announcements that contains the full information, so we know what to expect and prepare for the updates.

The big money, if thats what you are looking for to get, is made from players fighting eachother : Lens +, Combi pots, Suits, pets high lvl, destiny stones, GEM of Origin  & return orbs to improve builds for fighting, fortune manuals to max our the gear  and so on.
While for farming what do you need ? a crappy minus  toa for 30 ec and a toh for 30. So 60 ecoins for 24 hours. Compare it with the ecoins needed for PVP !

Allow players to build their characters faster if you want to make more money, is simple as that. The main reason why  90% of us are playing this game, is because of the unicity and beauty of the PVP sistem, not to freaking waste our lifes on farming.

True, i haven't, until recently when i decided to support the server with donations, said to myself that this time will be different.
Apparently some things never change, service quality is still awful, server full of ancient unsolved bugs and crashes, unstable, often closed, literaly unplayable, changes over night without a notice, no transparency, no communication, gm's extremely rude and unpolite towards players, changes that makes no sense and the list can go on and on.
Just think about it, server is on since 2014, they earned so much money from players this whole time, however this is not being reflected at all in what we get in return.
So yeah, i am done donating until some serious changes will happen.

This community is so toxic, you never want to help the game itself or make improvements. You guys always work only for your own benefit and if something doesn't benefit you, you very rarely agree.
The game with the new server got a huge chance to be great again. But neither the admin nor the players are capable and/or deserving of it.
I'm playing on the server since the first day and have been loyal to it, and was here along with a handful of others when the majority got bored and stopped playing, or took a break, waiting for the second stage,
and I would like to say some things:
In the beginning ice/light/psn armors were what the majority of players were using. Tickets were rare, good elite stuff was even more rare. We spent a few months to get a good set with lvl 6 stones.
Then started trying to upgrade to elites.
We started fighting for the worm drops using these armors. Then overnight, tickets got changed and you made them craftable. Since elites are the best equipment you can get, you managed to the true and CF realms to useless 
Players have been fighting on worm and farming for tickets / stoned the true items and farmed for them.
Then suddenly realms were useless because of the ticket changes, and poof, all of the effort in farming and stoning realms went down the drain. This was more weeks of effort for some casual players. You didn't even announce that tickets will become so easy to get. Imagine buying realms and stoning them with lvl 6 stones because that is all you could afford, then go to sleep and wake up to your armor losing all its worth.
We knew that elites were the best way to go, but they were so expensive that for the majority realms were the go to. Making tickets more accessible was a good change, but it should have been communicated beforehand.

Then the HH update came, overnight, without a clear warning.
The new uniques like exc faren 3 slots are hard to get because the drop rate is quite low along with the refinery and you got to work weeks/months to get those. And you are going to use them for a short time because the new uniques
are coming, and when they do, you can throw them out too. Eclipse uniques will just be so much better. I know that I need the ex uniques for the new ones, but I wouldn't like to  use my 3 slotted one with wing+cloak+ulti just to make a new necklace that I'd have to stone again.

Another week, another update, the HH skills and charisma changes. With the charisma change you only punished the most loyal players of the community who leveled the first chance they got. There are several lvl 120s players
who are missing 100k charisma and a lot of them cant spend money or so much time for BS and farming.  This change to the charisma system should have been communicated beforehand, it is a huge thing to chance.
100k charisma just takes too long once you only get 2 charisma/mob. Creating a new char and farming out the charisma in BG, then going for 120 is much faster. But you can't transfer all your CC and you need to use scrolls to trade your uniques if you go this way, expenses that could and should have been avoided.
New players have a much easier time now than the ones who are here since the start of the server and wasted a lot of time to farm/buy/gain their levels and equipment.
why do you punish those players who been here since day 1? can you tell me a reason to keep playing if you waste a lot of time /money for things what will just become obsolete with the next update and without warning?
whats was the point of playing on first stage or atm on the second if you only punish the ones who did?

A month ago you told me, that the crashes are caused by the disable content. However, since then crashed have become more common. When the game launched we also had crashes every now and then,
but currently even if I load only 1 account and AFK with it, I will get a runtime error. In Latria and on Sieges it is even worse. We get organised, and when we would start fighting one third of the party crashes.
When is this getting fixed?

One other thing you told me was, that the game is going to implement updates to make life of the small guilds much better, to favour them. I haven't seen a single thing that was done for a solo player or a small guild.

Firstly this is a pvp game, we all know it, players have the freedom to chose which side they want to join, true.
Personally i like competition and a good fight, however, lately we have to face double or tripple the numbers we have, due to the fact that our enemies instead  of creating a 3rd side to keep the fights balanced and competitive, they prefer to unite all together under 1 big alliance.
Worm event is the richest resource in the game that advantages the side that has the most players, as they can afford the luxury of keeping 2 or 3 parties at the entrace to keep the us busy fighting them and another   party is going to search for the boss, while we have around 15 fighters only.
For the weaker side is impossible to win any Archlord Battle or Worm under these circumstances and there is noone to blame but us for not recruiting more players or create a bigger alliance, but you see, we are not like that, we have our standards and honor and we don't accept everyone just because they are enemies of our enemies. That is not a solid base for a honest friendship.
Spliting the worm in 4 mini bosses sounds like an interesting sugestion, reminds me of tesseris and honestly it sounds more competitive, giving to the weaker side a chance.
In my view, we need some events which are guild oriented and not only alliance oriented, in order for an individual guild and his own members to prove their strenght against another guild and their own members, being rewarded upon winning and this should be weekly not 1 time in 2 years. This will keep players motivated and active, looking to prove themselfs in a fair fight.

Also i think Protective passport should be removed from the game entirely, only Archlord should be able to use it.
Party buffs blocked in Latria would be a good idea, in the past years we all became way too addicted on getting full buffs instead of focusing to build a character able to fight self buffed.
Knowledge, gear, builds and gameplay should be more important than party buffs.
