I took a break and restarted the game, now i keep exit and restarting the game, but i can't buff, every thing looks good but no buffs work except invis

okay fixed it after the patch then i download and did it manuel still same problem. So i delete the game guard folder and restarted the game, it re-downloaded it and now its fine.
