Support / Game down after selected Chars

Hi when i selected my char the game go down without error message.
My game is updated.
My antivirus software is off.

hello when i try to go Online just before  character select ,  im getting xcrash error.
I try to remove archlord folder et new instal but the problem it's the same help please
