I will admit though they have done alot better responding to tickets ! I send alot helping players and the response time has went from 1-2 weeks  to 1-2 days ! Keep it up admins much better in that aspect !

A friends account was hacked. I've sent in ticket .waiting for reply .  Chars name are (Siphos, Krokus and germini) until I post please do not trade with these chars.
Again please do not trust/trade with chars(Siphos, Krokus and germini) untill account has been recovered to rightfull owner !!!

For all you guys that keep going though same issues with antivirus. No need to turn it off or uninstall it . Go directly into the antivirus settings . There you will find a option to type in what you want your antivirus to bypass -ignore... You can do this with any program. Just type game name in and hit ok. Everytime you log or the game gets update you will no longer have to turn it off or uninstall / reinstall antivirus or game. It's simple. Doing this I click archlord and it updates automatically never any issues... Hope this helps you guys . Gl

 15 people in a party omg what were they  Thinking they got silly with it haha.  There are so many buggs in game . If you try to buff a few  parties close together buffs miss... Just think guys on siege day .. All buffs missing haha 10 players should have been the max... They don't just make small simple updates they try to blow up comps 😝  15 is crazy! Take it down to 10 lol

Admins .. I'm a long time player .. As well as alot of players here on forum / game. I joined justac as soon as you picked it up when webzen failed . And I have a few problems . As I read alot of these suggestions... I've noticed that you have not responded to any . We players take time out of our day to help YOUR server improve and you can't even acknowledge that we've done so .  And this is just for forum. Now ill let you know what others do that you have yet to accomplish. There's a long time player that's created pages ... Helped players on a daily basis . And this person is ALWAYS willing to help YOUR SERVER. "more money for you"  We've spent tons of money over the years ... We love archlord.. But what we do not love is the lack of YOUR involvement ... What you have is a business where the customer is promoting your sales ..... But no word from you ... Do you even read this "Suggestions " page ? I assure you alot will agree with me on this. ALOT HERE ARE REALLY GOOD SUGGESTIONS!  What I am SUGGESTING is for YOU ADMINS. Is to actually take the time to read some of these guys SUGGESTIONS!

Yea I'm new.... 10 years new lol.... No its not the first time I've heard of players leaving. But with in these past few months .. It's becoming more and more the same reason "the community " hence the reason I made this post .
