Right now this server has more important matters to resolve first:

1.Finish the rebalance
2.Revert the Stamina Boost and the damage to the previous values
3.Adjust the spam of CC resurrection orbs by adding a solid cooldown on it
4.GMs become active and do bot checks
5.Fix the gold inflation
6.Remove the siege rewards as guilds are getting castle with no fight, so there should be no reward. Based on that, the Archlord battle should be removed too, until a proper system is implemented which allows the guilds to have a real fair chance based on their INDIVIDUAL strength and not the ALLIANCE strength. GMs must be aware of guilds monopolizing this.
7, All castle fights should take place at the same time, 21:00 CET time. This is mainly an European server, not Asian, besides, the Asian players prove each day that they can be be online nonstop, this change will not affect them in any way.
8.Find ways to promote the server and attract new players
9.Add proper Level 1 rewards for a new player to be able to catch up
10.Please for the love of God, improve your communication with the players

I find it quite disturbing, a Volunteer that is supposed to care about the server health and assist Administration into creating a competitive environment, goes instead on his knees in front of chinese players.
Haven't seen this "Amoswar" character in game with a V tag, the only V I see is D0gm4. Why is "Amoswar" still a Volunteer? I wonder, does not seem active at all.
The guild/alliance he is "leading" seem to not be allowed to even enter Shinewood when the chinese players are online, and when they try to collect some leftovers, they get smacked.
Only RoG guild seem to be the only one that try to stand up and put up a fight, but from what I've seen they are against the entire server, respect for that.
Can't really understand what weird kind of satisfaction people have here, watching the chinese dominating your asses.
Nobody want proper fights anymore nowadays? Or you have been ordered to stay quiet and accept it? It seems so. If you are sick and tired of being a puppet, stand up and be the change you want.
A server to be healthy needs proper competition.

Reducing Passive Stamin a bit would make PvP easier.

Currently, requires three classes to fight one, and chasing often results in positioning issues(stuck), which is very frustrating.（5-15mins to kill one class）

We are old and don't have that energy to kill for a class which need TS and QQ to call people again and again and again

At least the players around me have already reached middle ages. Young players in their 20 years old have already left this server. to enjoy their  beauty life

You are old and don't have the energy to kill one player? really?
But you have the energy to farm 18 hours straight, logging in game at 06:00 AM chinese time zone  and  playing until 00:00 midnight.
That is the first farming squad ( Unforgiven, Giveup, Blackpink, Earn, Terlou and others).
When those are going to sleep after an exhausting shift in Shinewood, the second shift logs in, Drokues, Emile, Pinkuncle and others, they will keep going until first shift wakes up.
On top of that, most of you have ranger bots running nonstop in HH, CF and Eclipse.
Dlmpie another chinese freak that is literally almost 24 hours in CF, camping on Kaligo.
So that is a complete 24 hours + cicle of holding a monopoly over the end game PVE area.
GM or Admin can check the data base and confirm the above.
I don't think you are old, I think you way too much free time and you all seem quite hungry and traumatized.
Perhaps your own kind, the younger generations, couldn't deal with your infinite greed and that might be the real reason why they are in fact not playing with you here.
And the exact same reason goes to any possible new or returning player on Justac.
No wonder the server is empty.

The chinese greed have no limits, they are even killing their own allies over spots in Shinewood and Infernum.
It is not enough that they are camping each day in Shinewood for nearly 24 hours, now they want bigger spots and faster monsters spawn? this is unreal.
The beauty of competition have turned into a full monopoly by some strange individuals that seem to have unlimited free time.
Most of the players been waiting for a sign from Justac, an update, an event, something new to enjoy, to motivate the inactive ones to return, however, events like this one, favors only the chinese players which can play nonstop.
This will make the strongest and most geared players, to become even stronger by having the chance to duplicate their best items. This will increase the gap between them and regular players even more.
The rest of the players that are actually playing the game for the initial purpose that was created, to have fun, have actually no fun at all.
Limited time to play due to having a normal life, automatically removes you from this Halloween event.
This server really needs an active and dedicated Administration team, to properly filter people suggestions, to provide fair content to all the players and put an end to this monopoly madness.
Furthermore, simply stop trading with the chinese players.
It is already obvious that they do not play this game to have fun, they made a full time job out of it.
Trade with your friends instead, team up against them and stop feeding their greedy bellies. Enough is enough.
