Support / Launcher Sits @ Waiting for Response

Been trying to login all day, have updated patch and reinstalled game... etc etc, just sits on "Waiting for response" after logging in... any ideas?

I deleted a toon i named, and wanted to start fresh.. so i went to name it the same, and it says theres already a character with that name.... when does this reset? i know i've deleted the toon on the account.

Support / Problems with /unlock

So i'm trying to toss some stuff up on AH, i've done /unlock myPass and it says "i dont have access to use that right now" its been like this for hours, i've logged in out.. reset game, reinstalled... and it continues to do so 
any ideas?
