Report / Item trader- u cant use it right now

Hi , i just started the game and since 2 days i get the notification "u cant use it right now" when i try to sell something .

I have nothing on item trader 0/10.
Is there a way to fix the Bug to use the item trader again?

Hi all,
i just started the game again after 5 years for the first time again.

Whats the best class at moment. i always played Mage but have read somewhere its a bad class now.
And are there still active Guilds around? preferable German or English Guilds.

I was yesterday in Tulan and it was like Ghost town. Pretty empty.
