Support / Cant log in

hello, I've just Redownload the game and I cant Log in.. when I click on AlefClient while Administartor its says something about DirectX and then show me an error msg with TONS of 
Any solution please?

Anyone knows the problem?
after i log in to the game its crashing, sometimes while loading my char and sometimes 5 sec after i got in.

Yea of course.. I had a char lvl 75 and I've played last time at 2020, but when I tried log in again yesterday I got msg that password and username are incorrect.
why?

Hello, I had a char lvl 75 + almost 100M gold and stuff +12 and all that.. when I've tried to log in today I got a msg that saying- Username or Password isnt correct.
and my char is GONE.
Why is that?? what can I do??
