same for me.
since the 4th may patch the cpu-usage of alefclient went through the roof.
Whatever you changed recently, it seemed to have slightly improved the issue, but I am still averaging about 35% per client (using an intel i5-3570k)

I am unable (or unwilling) to even go out and lvl without twinks.
Kinda frustrating... I am quite behind everyone else now.

I hope you are able to reverse this, it was running perfectly fine after release - and still is on other servers (woc for reference only consumes an average of 9% per client on my system)

Can we please get a download link BEFORE the actual launch?

I can already smell the frustration...
300 people wanting to download at the same time resulting in garbage download speed

some players will have a huge advantage when they can already play while others are raging because they struggle to download the client.
