1. How long have you been playing Archlord (you can specify the year or episode)?
- Since episode 2 -> Block stones in gloves was a game changer
2. How long have you been playing on our server?
- I started 6 months later after Webzen was closed
3. Have you played/are you playing games similar to Archlord, if so, which ones?
- I tried Aion, Archlord 2, WoW but nothing appealed to me as much as Archlord
4. Would you play new games inspired by Archlord?
- I might take a look
5. Which class was your first choice, and which one was your favorite?
- My first character was a Knight but after a few weeks I switched to my favorite Zerk
6. Which class do you consider the most balanced and which one the least?
- In my opinion, Hunter is the best balanced, Zerk is on a good way (it would be nice if the Ele/Dim damage from his debuffs were transferred to other skills. You don't need Ele/Dim damage to debuff, but you do for the other skills). The worst balanced are Ele and Swash.
In general, the game needs:
- More HH defense
- More Dim defense
- Something against Ignor Ele -> Crit damage can be reduced with crit resistance, but against Ignor Ele the only thing that helps is block/doge and hoping that nothing gets through.
7. Would you play a mobile version of Archlord (classic Archlord with modified controls)?
- I would try it
8. Are you a PVE or PVP player, or are both of these issues equally important to you?
- I like pvp more but pve is also good and part of the game. If you are not in the mood to fight, farming is a good alternative but the success has to be balanced with the time spent. Farming for an item for weeks is not satisfying.
9. Rate the economy in the game on a scale of 1 (worst) - 10 (best).
- 5
10. Rate the ease of obtaining equipment on a scale of 1-10.
- 5
11. Rate the level of balance in group fights on a scale of 1-10.
- 7
12. Rate the level of ease of play for a new player on a scale of 1-10.
-2 -> new players need motivation with event armor set + uniques, better level rewards - Add Lucky Tickets back at level 110! It's easy for endgame players to get Lucky Tickets but not for beginners. Level 140 reward needs to be reduced to level 90/100. The boxes are important for new players to progress. Daily quests and a buddy system would also be a great help and motivation.
13. Rate the cost of playing on a scale of 1-10 (don't rate RMT between players, this is just about in-store purchases)

14. Rate the changes in the game over the years on a scale of 1-10 Justac vs. the original game.
- 7
15. Rate the efficiency of the Helpdesk on a scale of 1-10.

16. What form of communication with us and other players suits you better, the classic forum like it is now or creating an official Discord channel.
