The refinery is already a good improvement, but it definitely has room for growth.
My suggestion:

1) Please check the size of the refinery window -> around the window there are additional centimeters that make using it more difficult.

2) Add Prayer Stones lvl 4-6. Searching the inventory for the low-level stones isnt necessary, and splitting Stacks is annoying.

3) Add five uniq buttons -> "Normal Uniq", "Bril", "Intel", "Glor" and "Exc". For example, when you press "Normal Uniq", the system should automatically place two random identical uniq items from your inventory into the refinery. The current setup is a waste of time.

1. Remove the trophies from Kaligo.
2. Add a boss spawn event on weekends. The bosses should drop trophies and other items such as lucky tickets, Kaligo boxes, or Eclipse chests.
3. Change the reward for trophies from gold to spin tickets. There is an inactive spin lottery in the game(BG). Add Ancient Shards, Runes, Tools, Lucky Tickets, GT, Manuels, and Combined Stone Boxes to it. The trophies should remain bound to the event, meaning they are not tradable, and disappear after 6 hours if not used. The rest remains the same – the guild collects throughout the month, and at the end of the month there are 3 places. First place: 15 spin tickets. Second place: 10 tickets. Third place: 5 tickets.

Why this change?

1. Nobody can permanently camp a boss like on Kaligo.
2. Every single player can search for the spawned bosses on the weekend.
3. The rewards could motivate more players/guilds.
4. It brings more activity and also fights since it is spread across the entire Chantra map. CF fights are fun, but usually, the ones who are first on the floor win.
5. Gold is currently useless.
6.There needs to be an additional way to bring players with little playtime or "new/returning" players up to the level of the 24/7 players. Eternal Battlefield was a complete failure. Nobody is there!

 @Wang Maybe you should stop speaking for your friends and your friends should rather make suggestions here. Justac gives you the chance to participate in the project and everyone should take advantage of it. Waiting and seeing what happens is not the right way.

I agree with GM MOD's example. The Zerk's Seismic Shock skill needs to be adjusted to compete with other classes.

Skill/Mechanic/Class Name: Seismic Shock, Berserker.

Problem: Seismic Shock's skill block and resistance removal are too low.

Numerical adjustment or possible solution: Rescale to remove at least 60% of skill blocks and 45% of resistance at level 15.

Furthermore,
Skill/Mechanic/Class Name: Wild Barrage & Sacrifical Blow, Berserker.

Problem: The Zerk has no ele or dim damage skills other than its debuffs. Give the Wild Barrage & Sacrifical Blow skills ele damage.

or rework the Combat Skills and give the skills ele / dim dmg Dragon Divide, Big Wheel, Hook, Strike of Death etc.

+ add 10-15 % move speed on HH pasiv.

1. How long have you been playing Archlord (you can specify the year or episode)?
- Since episode 2 -> Block stones in gloves was a game changer :D

- I started 6 months later after Webzen was closed

3. Have you played/are you playing games similar to Archlord, if so, which ones?
- I tried Aion, Archlord 2, WoW but nothing appealed to me as much as Archlord

4. Would you play new games inspired by Archlord?
- I might take a look

5. Which class was your first choice, and which one was your favorite?
- My first character was a Knight but after a few weeks I switched to my favorite Zerk

6. Which class do you consider the most balanced and which one the least?
- In my opinion, Hunter is the best balanced, Zerk is on a good way (it would be nice if the Ele/Dim damage from his debuffs were transferred to other skills. You don't need Ele/Dim damage to debuff, but you do for the other skills). The worst balanced are Ele and Swash.
In general, the game needs:
- More HH defense
- More Dim defense
- Something against Ignor Ele -> Crit damage can be reduced with crit resistance, but against Ignor Ele the only thing that helps is block/doge and hoping that nothing gets through.

7. Would you play a mobile version of Archlord (classic Archlord with modified controls)?
- I would try it

8. Are you a PVE or PVP player, or are both of these issues equally important to you?
- I like pvp more but pve is also good and part of the game. If you are not in the mood to fight, farming is a good alternative but the success has to be balanced with the time spent. Farming for an item for weeks is not satisfying.

9. Rate the economy in the game on a scale of 1 (worst) - 10 (best).
- 5

10. Rate the ease of obtaining equipment on a scale of 1-10.
- 5

11. Rate the level of balance in group fights on a scale of 1-10.
- 7

12. Rate the level of ease of play for a new player on a scale of 1-10.
-2 -> new players need motivation with event armor set + uniques, better level rewards - Add Lucky Tickets back at level 110! It's easy for endgame players to get Lucky Tickets but not for beginners. Level 140 reward needs to be reduced to level 90/100. The boxes are important for new players to progress. Daily quests and a buddy system would also be a great help and motivation.

13. Rate the cost of playing on a scale of 1-10 (don't rate RMT between players, this is just about in-store purchases)
- 5

14. Rate the changes in the game over the years on a scale of 1-10 Justac vs. the original game.
- 7

15. Rate the efficiency of the Helpdesk on a scale of 1-10.
- 9

16. What form of communication with us and other players suits you better, the classic forum like it is now or creating an official Discord channel.

100% agree with all points.

In addition, I would suggest that the Lucky Tickets be included in the Lvl reward again. maybe lvl 120 10 LTs and 140 10 LTs. Furthermore, the first lvl- rewards need to be better, more ToH/ToA, suits etc. The 30 day armor set should be stoned. Of course everything “bound/event”

- Maybe reintroduce the buddy system with rewards that are also worthwhile.

I also agree with the daily events/quests. Shados post is pretty good. Adjust it so that no one can abuse it.

maybe it would be good if the Infernum mobs were moved to Latria? (Like on the old server) + various bosses (Balor, Fate Insect, Ignatus etc.) that spawn at irregular times to make farming more attractive.
Drop could be 1x Eclipse box, 1x Kaligo box and 1x Sacro. Or some item for a new title? Or CC items (useful items) no Pet Ref. manuals. Or gold coins
But the current Infernum map is just bad. Bugged and totally boring.
If my suggestion is nonsense then I vote for moving Infernum mobs to Asylum.

+1 Shinewood is a huge waste of time right now.
Wave 1-3 needs to be changed (at least Sarcophagus drop) - Removes the archondrites for refining tools and sarcophagus - Increase Materiales stack to 100k - Increase the success rate of the tools.
