I can tell you 8 is 30-35 mil 9 is 90-100.. 110 if you find a sucker.  10% I saw going for around 250 mil.  I would imagine somewhere in the 450-500 mil range.

Someone was asking 700 mil for 11% yesterday. I realize now I have no idea the rate of increase on these prices.  :-\
