Title: Destroying items reminder

Dear players, please remember that items have chance to be destroyed during upgrade or refine.
You can get great power from more slots  but in same time you take a risk when upgrading it. Chance of destroying item is part of gameplay and won't be removed from game mechanic.

Stones from normal bag can destroy items in slots (clear other stones) or destroy whole item.
Items from chantra bag (like wings, cloacks) has no effect for destroying.

Destroyed items can not be refunded.

Also, be careful when selling or removing expensive items from your bag. We have a lot of requests to restore items every day.

Again, we ask players to pay more attention, daily item retrieval is very time consuming and we would like to spend this time fixing existing issues with the game.
