I was suddenly transferred to prison last week during a game.

I don't know why I went to prison.

What should I do?

thats how u contact GM explain, and they will come back to you , incase they dont see your post here.

You most likely got bot checked and reported by another player, but as Friend said, better ask the GM via ticket
