I'm trying to contact Justac support. My character is crashed; I try to use it and when I log in, the crash window appears. My character's name is LordCat666.

if it happen at char-selection,
log another char of this account first, then relog to ur main char.
i guess u logged off or crashed outside town or on a busy place.
