Title: can't trade

Hello, I got back on justac after a few years of not playing, so did my friend, we're trying to trade and it always denies, no trade pops up, our trade in options are unlocked so aren't blocked, can't figure out how to fix the problem, so im asking for some help  :)

did you do /unlock 123456 ?
if it still don't work try to send ticket
