I hope to add an NPC in each major city, he is responsible for the necklace reset, return 0/3 necklaces, and return wings and cloaks. I think this is necessary, because each of our old players has been using the same style of cloak for a while, and some people must be like me, and also want to change a style, but no one wants to make extra necklaces for this. With this function NPC, I think it can consume a lot of gold tickets and extra game coins, which can also drive the economy of the game, and we will all buy mall props to reset the cloak style. I fully agree with this post. This kind of NPC would be extremely helpful for all long‑time players. Being able to reset necklaces, wings, and cloaks without crafting extra items would make the game much more flexible and enjoyable. It would also help the in‑game economy by increasing gold ticket and coin usage. I really hope the operation team considers this suggestion seriously.

This has been suggested several times (several posts refer to it) and a majority of active players support it. Maybe you could implement it some kind of way @Admin @GameOperator
If not possible to add a working feature at the event NPC, you should consider logging often to offer this service to players.
It would boost the usage of in game materials (GT, Manuals, Golds, stones), but also the usage of EC (which means obviously more money for the owning part of the server) through the cloak rerolls and wing chests (because people are going to try chasing for their favorite wings).
