Can we start the activity of swapping necks and returning cloak and wings for a long time?
Or add this option to an NPC

This can be an interesting idea. I agree with it.

However, I think if this will be an option in the game, it should also cover the "reset" of gear.

Example:
Reset top -> you get your stones back / top gets back to 3 slots (so you lose gold tickets) + you lose half of the stats or even more (so tools lost also).
