hi , simple and short, there are many one sided race gears in game with nice stats but for wrong race , so why not add a tool that would let u to switch race on that gear?
Example i see dragonscion cap perfect stats , but there is no Ranger perfect stat cap for 3 months, and all shards fail to create one,
use new tool to gamble to make that Dragonscion cap to [ human/ elf / orc ] wearable now , cap roll would be random , and if it lands on wrong race u can re-roll again .
if ec item maby price 1,000 ec? per 1 roll?
does this make sence? :-*
P.S maby yellow stat rolls too please? UwU

Dont think it would be good to make it a CC item.
Could be a droppable item.
But yeah, i dont think they want to go there and make it random would create alot of frustration.

i dont think it would effect shinewood at all , it would just transfer items that ppl dont buy because they are wrong race but like the stats they see on the item, ppl would still need to create the items from shinewood materials, like if there was 1 green stat off gear and u want to shard it but u won't because its not your race , this would even encourage for players to buy off more gears and try to shard untill they get what they desire and then do the Race gear roll :-\ or em i missing something here in the mathematics :-[
