Title: I bought Ecoin but it doesn't appear

Yesterday I bought Ecoin, but it doesn't appear in my chantra shop. I have 0 e coin.

How long does it take for the ecoin to appear when you buy it?

Normaly CC should be instant if you waited for loading of website before closing it.

It can happens to get delayed for couple of hours.

But I suggest to send a ticket via Forum Helpdesk with the transaction number to receive your CC as soon as possible when a GM see it
