If I had to choose only ONE cloak:
#6 - Is stunning. Such clean design and will fit a lot of wings. I will go for this one for sure.
If choosing MORE than one:

#19 - The whole Phoenix series, because then the different cloaks are keeping same type of look but still offers some variations.

#24 - These two I can see ingame, the rest are either too boring or honestly looking horrible.
