Mid to upper lvl daggers ain't dropping with ele dmg

Suggestions / Incremental Changes for Increased Playability

Pot Change: Convert CC Def pot into 40% Mana Increase pot (like Giant Pot)

Refinery Change: Allow option to combine 3 like uniques i.e. combine 3 x 0/1 int karks /w chance to make 0/2 or 0/3
or allow option to use destiny on 0/1 uniques

Destiny Stone Change: Allow Destiny Stone to be used on 0/3 Realm and Elite/Unique Armor for chance to make 0/4 Top or 0/3 Pant

Hunter Buff Change: Update Combo Buff Cohesion back to Hp & Mana (instead of Stamina & Wisdom) and add castime like it was in CM

Ele Skill Change:  Thunder Descent change to 20m range and 10m AOE so ele can round like all other classes

Swash Change: Allow Swash using 1-handed sword option to use shield
