Game Discussion / Changes in Infernum

So i looked for the information on the infernum update but i cant seem to find it. Now you do not take damage from players unless they control + 3 attack you? So now you can just stack members of the same team and push people out of infernum requiring no skill? This was the one map in the game that required skill and to watch where your AOE's were hitting and took SKILL. And you cooked the map, now when one side loses they just bring 7+ players and mass spam their macro on the enemy. Is your goal to just ruin this game and collect as much money as you can?

This video shows what happens just about every single day after you spend hours cleaning waves 1 - 4 in shinewood. The CHN players no matter what time of day or night keep characters around and watch for when the higher waves come. Knowing they can never win a fight they are making more and more mages daily and once you attack one of their main characters for coming rat you and your guild's higher waves they bring the army of mages which every single one of them are lower level and are here knowing they can force you to get villain points until you either white skull or quit going into shinewood. This is their way of winning over shinewood and winning the farm. This tactic works and they have admitted they are going to continue to make more mage's and never level them to 150. Is this really "end game" if they can do this just like they do on eclipse for tesseris or just another way for CHN to push all players out of the game with their tactics of abuse. They claim to be "bored" and "want fights" well enjoy the video because this is what really happens. We have also suggested by numerous players to take the VP feeding out of shinewood, administration never responds. I guess i will now start to make videos of this wonderful content...so without further ado...enjoy what CHN did after we spent hours farming waves 1-4 and how they responded when they could not win the fight!!



If you dont see the issues i dont know what else to say. To fix this you must take away party buffs in shinewood or the game is ruined. The CHN alliance will continue to build mages and just go in shine take all buffs away and then rush in with their main characters once you are self buffed. They have ruined eclipse/tesseris to the point no one even fights there or cares about it. They are now ruining shinewood. If you want to sit back and do nothing about this fine, totally up to you. I will make videos showing how this is until no one even wants to go shinewood. To get motivation from my friends and guild is exhausting at this point with them knowing how the outcome will be, VP feeding from all the low level mages from CHN guild. This is ridiculous and ruining your update to the game. I posted this video everywhere i possibly could and will continue to make people aware of how the end game currently is. Suggestions / Changes to Loot from Shinewood

The thing is lvl 6 actively fail, GM has stated the success rate of this lvl 7 is 99% meaning yes it’s pricey, but it’s going up a stat. I agree with Eijun make it raw drop on wave 7, increase sarco chance on lvl 3+ tools not so many 1s atm they are useless, OR Change refine of 1s and 2s to require no archondrite for refine, and price of lvl 7 and all tools for that matter would find a happy medium. Also to add this would not change the fact once again lvl 6 fail, gear is very hard to upgrade to max even with many tools. This would not change their intentions of it being very “challenging” at all. It would just make shinewood more highly contested on all waves and possible infernum to free up for newer players not quite ready for shine still slotting/collecting gear to prepare for tooling. (Sorry for the long post)
Would like to see the administrations feedback on this if all possible, since as of now the data we have collected almost solely has been from us players thanks guys - Driller

Ive already seen 1 suggestion about this and this is now the 2nd. TAKE AWAY VP IN SHINEWOOD. you are allowing the chinese to abuse this all they are doing is creating more and more lvl 130 mages in a so called "end game area" strictly to anti then force you to kill them taking VP. its ruining the game. Take away the possibility of getting VP in shinewood area. You have allowed them to ruin tesseris to the point no one does it and if you also allow that in shinewood you can enjoy a dead game with just chinese. That is what its going to come too if this situation is not handled.

What is the point of allowing the chinese to ruin the game by creating 10+ mages lvl 130 in an END GAME AREA to vp feed and force their enemies to either leave shinewood, wait out the skull, or get 1000 VP. It is the worst design i have ever seen. This is supposed to be END GAME AREA. There should be no penalty to players killing ANYONE in this area. They abuse it in eclipse and now shinewood. As ive heard this was also a problem before the fire. If you continue to allow this im telling you now it will ruin the game. Multiple sides have came to you about this issue and you still allow it and have done nothing about it. Its and easy fix take away the option of getting VP's inside shinewood area. Your allowing a side to abuse this with no skill until players cannot play the game due to a skull. I can understand allowing it other places but here this is ridiculous.

This best damage event is the worst event ive ever seen. Players are 8/8 gearing all damage stones no skill at all involved to stand there like robot and press 3,4,5. Why you keep pushing this noob event? It was cool at first but now its so pointless i wont waste a single dollar on this no skill event. Bring best of each class back, no one is even interested in this as the gear being used in this event cannot even be used in pvp. So noob lol. You said best of each class was coming and you follow up this huge update with another best damage. Enjoy the activity of this one, its at an all time LOW.

Suggestions / BG / Shrine / CF

BG: At the moment I’m enjoying the new update to BG it’s challenging, has brought more pvp and ofcourse better reward. However now receiving your races BG buffs are harder than ever. If there is any wasted time in middle as of fights you will not have time to finish the boss and 3x spawn per round. I have yet to make it past wave 2, ran out of time today on wave 3 with boss’s less than a 1/4 life and this was with orcs have 3+ 8/8 orcs in middle. I think just lowering the HP some will make it much more enjoyable. As critters would not be able to fully abuse this being 3x of the BG boss’s on you and the you can easily die in middle. So it keeps the critters on the outer boss’s while still allowing time for fights and buffs achieved in an normal 40 minute BG timer.

Shrine: The new area is amazing and challenging. I won’t get into loot that much as you have asked us to be patient and being we haven’t even seen a level 7 tool yet I’m sure more info is to come. My only issue as of now and from many other players is sometimes a single mob delaying the entire transition to the next wave sometimes wasting up to an hour searching for this mob. I’m suggesting once the percentage of mobs is dead let’s say 95% of them, that a countdown begins leaving us maybe 5-10 minutes to find the remaining monsters of this wave until switching to the next wave automatically.

CF: I’ll apologize about this in advance but once again yes I am bringing up party buffs in CF. The change to the portal location was definitely something that helped CF and prevents the abuse of not allowing players to target you as enemies portal inside. But the issue still stands of low activity or any fights of that sort in CF due to party buffs being allowed. Even all of our gear was scaled down to lvl 15 so there is even more OP gear by all players that can be used here and easily obtainable so I’m just wondering what’s the point of the party buffs. Kaligo is farmed by a solo player and not an issue at all self buff so why should the fights there be party buffed. A lot of players invested a lot of time and gear into CF as it’s a change of pace for PvP also, we just want to put this gear to use, with a fair playing field.

Suggestions / Hunter “PvE” debuffs

Hi all just wanted to see everyone’s opinion on this as it seems with a change of build and uniques hunter is playable in the new zone but the issues still lie that you must remain on defensive uniques + void or voids which is no problem but also only our HH debuff is AOE debuffing a total of (15) ele and dim resi. I’m suggesting to make hunters explosive bodkin (55) ele and dim resi debuff to also be AOE instead of single target. Comparing it to other classes Hunter would still hit lower than all of them except maybe swash but swash also has way more built in defensive stats in its kit compared to a hunter. Also in pvp it wouldn’t change anything. What you guys think?

Ok so no one could expect the changes done to the potions taking our possible 50% mana recovery away and exchanging it with 9% mana. Also most people won’t understand this point as legit there is 2 hunters in game and one sits in town all day. The class cannot farm new map, cannot farm eclipse, cannot even farm infernum now. The only way this class could entertain farming was full mana recovery uniques with the recovery potions maxed on your bar to also receive the 50% mana when hit. I even built gear based around these potions not knowing this update would completely shaft the class and all I’ve gotten from the GMs is well, a thank you Driller for what you’ve done and closed the ticket legit not a care in the world. It’s frustrating to say the least and if their goal is to have no hunters in the game they sure are going to get that wish here soon. I’ve suggested making explosive bodkin AOE to help them in PvE, I’ve suggested give us more mana recovery than 9%, and every single ticket I made is closed before I can even respond and I’m at my end with this honestly. I don’t want to make a farm char and I shouldn’t have too, as they said this server is hard and meant to be harder than the original game which is fine but make every class playable in every situation as they said it’s hard so you shouldn’t have to build a 2nd char being it is so hard. This change to the potion completely gutted the hunter you can’t even kill infernum mobs on a hunter with 700 dim damage before running out of mana. Every hunter that has tried to play it is currently selling all their gear on discord. I’m not asking to make the class OP in PvE I’m asking to make it PLAYABLE and I’m making a post here as I’ve gotten NO support from the staff or GM. They seem to care only about everyone’s opinion even on a class that currently holds less than 1% of the population on the server. If anyone has any ideas or feedback feel free to post here because atm the char is useless

Currently as you see in my video, party buff's and bugging under CF portal is being abused daily. To the point to even get players interested in this content fighting under these conditions are nearly impossible. I think CF should hold same conditions as Battle Square just like you did in the battle square event. Players can get guild buffs, but no party buffs. It already downgrades us to lower levels, stacking party buffs on top of that and having the option to bug the portal so no one can even teleport into CF and self buff is abuse. As you see in the video. I will also open a post for suggestions so you can see that numerous players and the majority of server would also agree with me.

This is a serious issue to alot of the active players in game, please post positive feedback and if you dont agree with my idea please respond as to why. Thanks guys - Driller

Hello and I’d like to start off by saying if anyone disagrees with any of my suggestions that is ok, but please respond with an edited idea or better idea than what I’m posting. Let’s try to keep it positive and in a direction that can help this situation!

BG BUFFS
Let’s see where to start, ok well I think most of us don’t have time during the week to catch all 3 BG’s I mean some of us are lucky to catch one. Saying that even if you can make BG, will your race get the buffs? So let’s say you can make a BG and your race gets the buffs, here lately there is a massive problem with repeating buffs. For example, yesterday orcs received all center buffs in BG, we ended up with 3x repeated Ele Damage and 2x repeated Damage, and bonus gold. This has been happening far more often than normal. My suggestion is take away the possibility of repeated buffs, in my opinion the ONLY time you should get an identical buff from BG that you currently have on your char is if it’s expiring at this BG, and receiving this buff auto renew it. This would eliminate so much wasted time going to BG and fighting for the buffs, just to have apparently a VERY high chance of receiving 2 or 3 buffs just repeated drop from the bosses leaving you with maybe 2 or 3 buffs TOTAL at the end of it. Please take away the option of repeated BG buffs in the same BG, thanks!

Next, Party Buffs in front Ancient and inside CF
I’ll start with CF since I think this is more of an issue than any, almost to the point if players attempt to go CF and see a player with a full buff party logged rotating Kaligo in CF, they won’t even bother. Kaligo farming has strictly became this, a solo farm. Fights in CF are already challenging for players enough, you are brought back to a much lower point in the game (comparable to Episode 1) leaving you with lower buffs, dbuffs, HP. When you add char’s wearing 8/8 gear and the possibility of low level uniques 6/6, trust me there is no need for party buffs. In my opinion it turns CF into something it was never meant to be. I think CF should be treated exactly like entering into Ancient is. All party’s buffs dropped strictly solo buffs, food, nectars, and guild buffs. Give solo players more of a chance and even players that may be stronger than the person farming and don’t have 12x char’s logged in and ready every 15 minutes to run to the next floor with his entire party and full buff so no one else can enter. Same once you cross the bridge to head to Ancient, only self buff, food, nectars, and guild buffs should register. It’s pointless to allow full party buff fights here there is plenty of this during Tesseris time and for Sieges. The time has already been cut back on this content of Ancient and CF to very limited times for all players daily, adding unplayable advantages to these areas (PARTY BUFFS) is counter productive in my option.

Suggestions / Stun

I’m reposting this mainly since I seen @Shank previously posted about this and there was little feedback. The stun issue. I am not asking for stun resistance buffs or anything of this sort let’s just keep it simple as some players dump much dedication into this exact thing on their char, stun. A simple scroll in the merchant OR cc shop that gives you stun immunity for say 5-10 seconds with a minute or two minute cooldown.

Suggestions / Party Buffs Outside Ancient

Im requesting that once you cross bridge in Tullan to go to Ancient and speak to the guy at bridge outpost that you lose all buffs. To where there is no way you can stand outside ancient full buff. Being ancient is meant strictly to be solo buffed i believe the area outside sectioned off in its own zone should also be self buff. There is a huge issue with players coming outside Ancient full buffed strictly to fight the people standing outside ancient planning to go in ofcourse on self buff. Looking forward to hearing your feedback thanks  :D
