What about adding a new talisman to the cc menu.
A Talisman of Charisma : Doubles CHA for a certain period . . .

Proof of Vengeance duration has been extended to 30 minutes in the previous update, item tooltip will be changed in the next update.

30 min isn't very long when you need to make 100k CHA at 2 to 6 points per mob.
